Return Policy –  The Most Comfortable aka TMC Socks

We want you to love your socks. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your socks.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn socks unless there is a defect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your socks arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at tmcsocks1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for domestic orders).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
